Floods in Kebon Jeruk Have Receded Completely

It occurred around 6:30 AM and receded completely at 9 AM

The flood, which had inundated four locations in Kebon Jeruk Sub-district, West Jakarta, has now completely receded.

Kebon Jeruk Sub-district Head Saumun said the flood as high as 20 to 60 centimeters had occurred after heavy rain fell on Saturday evening to Sunday morning in the Green Ville area, Jalan Arjuna Selatan, Jalan Panjang Green Garden and Duri Kepa.

Rainy Season, Streets and Drains in Jati Padang Cleaned

"It occurred around 6:30 AM and receded completely at 9 AM," he expressed.

According to him, the floods in Green Ville and on Jalan Panjang Green Garden was triggered by overflowing waters of the Mookevard River.

"While on Jalan Arjuna Selatan and Duri Kepa, it was caused by overflowing waters of the Secretary River," he stated.
